My rental agreement is with inRent. Who is inRent?

inRent is the provider of consumer rental agreements for various retailers, including Radio Rentals. inRent is owned by a separate entity and is unaffected by the closure of Radio Rentals’ retail stores. This means there is no impact on your rental agreement(s).

Does the store closure affect or impact on my rental agreement?

No. You will continue to receive the great benefits of renting with inRent, including ongoing product servicing and upgrades where applicable. Your obligations under your agreement have not changed.

The goods under my rental contract are in need of repair. What should I do?

What happens if I am unable to make a rental payment?

I have a Rent-and-Upgrade contract. Will I still be entitled to an upgrade?

I normally pay my account in store, how do I pay now?

We offer the following payment alternatives:

  1. Direct Debit – either phone 1800 199 285 or visit and complete a form. You can choose either fortnightly or monthly debits. Alternatively, you can send an email to
  2. BPAY (Rental Accounts) – Biller code: 747204, Ref: your Rental Account Number
  3. BPAY (Interest Free Accounts) – Biller code: 716837, Ref: your Interest Free Account Number
  4. Credit Card – phone 1800 199 285 or visit or if you would prefer, phone 1300 366 824 for auto pay
  5. Bank Transfer – BSB 065 000 Account Number 10733786, and include your Rental Account Number in the reference field
  6. Send a cheque or money order with your Rental Account Number written on the back to: inRent PO Box 87 Prospect SA 5082
  7. You also can pay at Radio Rentals’ Prospect store on Main North Road, which will remain open.
  8. Australia Post,  Post Billpay* - Visit your local Australia Post outlet to pay your account via Cash, Credit card or EFTPOS. The Postbillpay Barcode is on your monthly statement.
