Applying is easy

Your rental application takes about 10 minutes to fill out. You can save your progress and continue when convenient.

To apply, you must:

• be 18 years or older.
• be an Australian Citizen, or
• be an Australian permanent resident or have a current travel VISA.
• have a phone number and an email address that is yours.

You will need to provide:

• ID - Identifying Documents e.g. driver's licence, proof of age card, etc.
• Proof of income or payments, e.g. payslips, bank statements, Centrelink statements, etc.
• Information on any Credit Cards, Loans or any other finance you have.
• Details of personal references.
