My rental agreement is with inRent. Who is inRent?
inRent is the provider of consumer rental agreements for various retailers, including Radio Rentals, R.T. Edwards and Gedd!t. inRent is owned by a separate entity and is unaffected by the closure of Radio Rentals’ retail stores. This means there is no impact on your rental agreement. However, as of December 21st 2019 inRent consumer finacneis no longer available to new customers. Unfortunately, unless you are an existing active inRent customer looking to upgrade, inRent is not available as a finance option for your next purchase.
I have a Rent & Upgrade it contract. Will I still be entitled to an upgrade?
Yes. As has always been the case, you are entitled to an upgrade provided you meet all conditions. Please call our friendly customer service team on 1800 199 285 or visit www.inrent.com.au
Does the store closure affect or impact on my rental agreement?
No. You will continue to receive the great benefits of renting with inRent, including ongoing product servicing and upgrades where applicable. Your obligations under your agreement have not changed.
