How Do I Upgrade My Product?

If you are an existing customer and already have products on a rent & upgrade it plan, you can easily upgrade your product after the goods have been rented for a period of time in 3 simple steps.

If you’re eligible apply by
calling us on 1800 082 936

Step 3

Choose your new product through an inRent dealer or if you live in metro Adelaide, we’ll organise the product for you.

 Tip: When applying for an upgrade you can only upgrade to a rent & keep it plan which means you will keep the product at the end of the term. See the rent & keep it page for more detail.
