*Take out any new and approved rental agreement between 1st March and 30th April 2010 and automatically receive an entry into the draw for the chance to win $1,000,000. One entrant will be randomly drawn and given the chance to win $1,000,000. Walker Stores Pty Ltd (WSPL) ABN 23 007 973 962 are running and promoting the competition. The competition will be drawn on the 12/05/10 at 10.00am CST at WSPL Support Office, 108 Main North Road, Prospect, South Australia (08) 8269 0300. Results of the draw will be published in ‘The Australian’ newspaper on the 14/05/10. If the winning entrant cannot be notified a redraw will take place on the 17/05/10 at 10.00am CST at WSPL Support Office. If necessary results of the re-draw will be published in ‘The Australian’ newspaper on the 19/05/10. The winning entrant will be notified via telephone and in writing through the mail within 2 days of the draw. The winning entrant of the draw will have the opportunity to select 1 out of 100 numbered envelopes. 1 envelope will contain a card entitling the winning entrant to $1,000,000. The remaining 99 envelopes will each contain a card entitling the winning entrant to $10,000. The winning entrant will make their envelope selection on 26/5/10 at 5pm local time in the store where they originally rented their goods from. If this location is unavailable an alternative site will be mutually agreed upon by the winning entrant and WSPL subject to relevant authorities. If the winner is unable to attend the prize event they may nominate a proxy to attend on their behalf. If the winning entrant chooses the envelope with a card entitling them to $1,000,000 the amount will be direct deposited from Austagencies Pty Ltd ABN 76 006 090 464 to the winners account within 21 days of drawing the envelope. If the winning entrant chooses an envelope with a card entitling them to $10,000 the amount will be direct deposited from WSPL ABN 23 007 973 962 to the winners account within 21 days of drawing the envelope.
